With Roofing Contractors
When you submit a request, your contact and project information will be shared with up to five (5) roofing contractors in our network who serve your area. These contractors may contact you by phone, text, or email. Each contractor is an independent business with its own privacy practices.
With Service Providers
We work with third-party service providers including ActiveProspect (TrustedForm), Airtable, Twilio, Instantly.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and Make.com. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.
5. Your Consent and TCPA
By submitting a request form on our website, you expressly consent to be contacted by StormReplace and the roofing contractors we match you with, by telephone (including cell phone), text message, and email, which may include automated or pre-recorded calls or messages. You are not required to provide this consent as a condition of receiving any goods or services.
