1. About StormReplace
StormReplace, a PPC Champion LLC brand and subsidiary, ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates a contractor referral and matching service that connects homeowners ("Users") with licensed roofing contractors ("Contractors"). We are not a roofing contractor, do not employ roofing contractors, and do not perform any roofing work. We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate introductions between Users and Contractors.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a request form, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Description of Services
StormReplace provides a free referral service to homeowners and property owners seeking roofing services. When you submit a request, we will attempt to match you with one or more Contractors in our network who serve your geographic area and share your contact and project information with up to five (5) Contractors. Our services are provided free of charge to Users. You will never be charged for submitting a request.
4. No Guarantee of Match or Results
We do not guarantee that we will be able to match you with a Contractor, that any Contractor will be available, or that your homeowner's insurance will cover any roofing damage. Insurance coverage determinations are made solely by your insurance provider.
5. Contractor Independence
Contractors in our network are independent businesses, not employees or agents of StormReplace. Any contract for roofing services is solely between you and the Contractor. We verify credentials at onboarding but encourage you to independently verify a Contractor's credentials before hiring.
6. Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting a request form, you consent to be contacted by StormReplace and our network Contractors as described in our Privacy Policy. Your consent is not required as a condition of receiving any service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or contacting us at contact@ppcchampion.com.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, only submit requests for properties you own or are authorized to request services for, and not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER STORMREPLACE NOR PPC CHAMPION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY WORK PERFORMED BY CONTRACTORS OR ANY INSURANCE CLAIM OUTCOME.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StormReplace and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
